Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Leader in Orlando, FL to plan, direct, and execute facility maintenance activities.

This working role covers preventative, corrective, and special projects, focusing on service delivery and achieving quality results while building a strong customer relationship. The candidate will supervise subcontractors, respond to alarms, analyze facility equipment, and ensure SOPs and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety requirements (Fall Protection, LOTO, Haz Com).
• Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence; use an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and on-demand maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality work at the site.
• Serve as key point of contact to client and subcontractors.
• Conduct management analysis of facility equipment.
• Maintain site process manuals and ensure SOP and safety compliance.
