• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2 years or related experience helpful.
• Experience with FEXA software helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism and organizational skills.
• Coachable with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to achieve goals and objectives of the Manager/Coordinator team.
• Support service ticket tracking for all client work orders.
• Coordinate between coordinator team and accounting during client life cycle.
• Process service orders for new and recurring work.
• Assist Facilities Coordinators to keep projects moving forward.
• Engage vendors to meet work order needs as written.
• Analyze customer needs to determine scope of work.
• Oversee progress of work orders from inception to completion.
• Help resolve issues and refer significant issues to supervisor.
• Collect vendor paperwork to keep projects moving forward.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy before accounting processing.
• Ensure vendors understand scope of work and needed details.
• Communicate expectations clearly to vendors.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Communicate with Corporate Contacts throughout the life of a work request.
• Document and approve changes to scope of work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
