Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with UNM Facilities Services, Capital Projects, EHS and IT.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance, outages, and service requests.
• Provide regular project/status reports to leadership.
• Monitor regulatory compliance for facilities and spaces.
• Coordinate security access, badge requests and first responders if needed.
• Manage contracts, quotes, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate on space planning and resource management.
• Maintain occupancy records and room allocation data.
• Oversee fleet management and vehicle scheduling.
• Prepare audits, documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
• Promote safety culture and environmentally responsible practices.
