Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with healthcare or research facilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities maintenance operations for the cancer center.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers; coordinate large-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulatory requirements.
