The University of New Mexico Gallup Branch Facilities ManagementDepartment is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated individual for the positionof Manager of Facility Operations. The selected candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of the Facilities Management Department operations and services. Oversees the supervision of a talented team engaged in activities associated with the operations, maintenance, and housekeeping, guides their development through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Plans, oversees, and coordinates the implementation of construction and capital improvement projects, and directly participates in overall facilities planning.

High school diploma or GED; at least 10 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
