Job summary

Kenyon College is seeking a Facilities Services Manager in the Maintenance Department to lead campus Custodial Operations, the Facilities Rover team, and Storeroom/Receiving clerks. This full-time role reports to the Director of Facility Operations and serves as a liaison to the Kenyon Events Office for event coordination.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in an academic campus.
• Valid Ohio Driver License.
• Ability to work in conditions inside and outside that are temperature extremes.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, and push heavy objects or materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Custodial Supervisors and Rover staff to manage campus facilities.
• Coordinate and set up events with Kenyon Events Office.
• Manage special events equipment and deliveries.
• Develop and monitor a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
• Maintain records and time sheets for staff.
• Coordinate outside contractors/vendors work to minimize disruption.
