Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years general trades building maintenance experience or an associate degree.
• Equivalent combination of related education and/or experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks: fabrication, repair of casework, furniture; install walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical: switches, outlets, lighting, and motor components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems; perform preventive maintenance.
• Operate maintenance software, document activities, and manage parts and tools inventory.
