Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Chandler & Mesa, AZ, seeks a General Manager Facilities & Service (Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor) to keep communities safe and well‑maintained while delivering five‑star service. You will lead a Service team across PODs, manage turns, and drive preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a maintenance manager in multifamily, EPA/CPO/OSHA 30 certifications preferred, and strong budgeting and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a maintenance manager in multifamily.
• EPA, CPO & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Lead and develop a service team with accountability.
• Oversee daily POD Service operations and turns.
• Budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple communities.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and grounds staff.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, appliances, and building systems.
• Conduct routine property inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate and manage apartment turns to market readiness.
• Prioritize service requests and work orders for timely completion.
• Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and quality control of repairs.
• Ensure OSHA, policies, and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and reports.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability and service.
