Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Service Order Manager to join North Haven Communities at Fort Wainwright, AK. You will supervise the Service Order Maintenance Department and assist the Director of Facilities to maintain service orders and preventive maintenance across communities.

You will coordinate internal and contracted work, mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance with federal facility access requirements, including REAL ID.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to manage 15–20 direct reports.
• Experience with safety and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Scope, schedule, and coordinate service order work.
• Utilize Yardi tools to manage service orders.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management with DOF/HR.
• Monitor budget and forecast volume/costs.
• Ensure safety, policies, and reporting requirements are followed.
• Communicate with maintenance managers to meet goals.
