Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Service Order Manager for Fort Wainwright, AK to oversee service orders, preventive maintenance, and a team of 15-20 staff across communities. You will coordinate internal and contracted work, ensure safety, and align with Housing Services policies.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and reporting on maintenance activities, with a focus on meeting budget and service quality targets. A Real ID compliant credential and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.

Responsibilities

• Scope, schedule, and coordinate service order work using Yardi tools.
• Diffuse customer concerns and follow through to resolution.
• Supervise 15-20 employees and oversee a maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with Housing Services and Military Partner policies.
• Generate and review weekly/monthly maintenance reports and manage budget.
