Job summary
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks an Assistant Director of Health Services in Daytona Beach, FL, to lead the Student Medical Response Team (SMRT) for evening and weekend emergency medical coverage. The role partners with Student Affairs, Risk Management, Campus Safety, and Health Services to ensure continuity of care on campus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nutrition, or Higher Education.
- Current state certification/license as a Paramedic Basic Life Support.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight and operational leadership for the University's Student Medical Response Team (SMRT).
- Coordinate with Student Affairs, Risk Management, Campus Safety, Health Services and local emergency partners.
- Develop, implement and assess a comprehensive health promotion and outreach program; supervise the Nutritionist.
- Serve on-call for SMRT and provide leadership during emergency response operations.
- Full-time, 12-month, in-person position with regular hours and some evenings/weekends.
