Job summary

Family & Children\'s Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep across multiple locations. You will address basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, safety inspections, and assist with setups, moves, and small repairs.

Under limited supervision, responsibilities include routine maintenance, documenting activities, and participating in an on-call schedule to handle after-hours issues.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or HS equivalent.
• 5 years: Maintenance/Handyman or similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assist with tracking maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment service.
• Help maintain maintenance records, manuals, and documentation.
• Support conference room setups, events, and office reconfigurations.
• Assist with furniture moves, office relocations, and general labor needs.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours, weekend, or emergency maintenance issues.
