Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, maintenance programs, and safety for agency properties.
• Oversee lease management, negotiations, and documentation with legal counsel.
• Direct fleet management, vehicle maintenance schedules, and insurance coordination.
• Supervise facilities staff and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Coordinate with CIO on technology infrastructure related to facilities.
• Prepare regular facility operation reports and budget inputs.
• Oversee security systems and emergency response planning.
• Manage green initiatives and recycling programs.
