The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is looking to hire a Facilities (Sanitation) Supervisor. You will be responsible for the overall setup and cleanup of banquet functions throughout the facility, ensuring safe and proper operation.

Our property features 1,921 guest rooms, 44 meeting spaces, and 150,000 square feet of event space. Located just off Union Square and near Moscone Convention Center, it offers easy access to the best of the city.

Hourly rate: $26.05 - $34.73.

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Varies AM/PM, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to operate industrial equipment with forces up to 75-100 lbs
• At least 2 years of hotel experience with sanitation standards knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up tables and chairs for functions
• Clean meeting spaces, including washing walls at event start
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, and wipe areas before, during, and after events
• Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff
