The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is seeking a Facilities (Sanitation) Supervisor! You will oversee the set-up and clean-up of banquet functions and ensure safe, proper operations.

Our property features 1,921 guest rooms, 44 meeting spaces, and over 150,000 sq ft of event space, located near Union Square and Moscone Convention Center, providing easy access to the city’s attractions.

Hourly wage ranges from $26.05 to $34.73.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Varies, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment handling forces up to 75-100 lbs.
• At least 2 years of hotel experience with sanitation standards knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up tables and chairs for functions.
• Clean meeting spaces, including washing walls at the start of events.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, and wipe areas before, during, and after events.
• Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff.
