Job summary

Supernal, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly collaborative Facilities Lead to oversee operations across multiple sites on-site five days a week. You will own EHS, workers’ compensation, physical security, and vendor-managed services, driving safety, continuity, and cost efficiency.

Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations to keep workplaces ready and compliant. The role requires 7+ years in facilities/security, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong vendor and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in facilities operations, workplace services, EHS, security, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing facilities and security vendors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, workers' compensation, and safety requirements.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and security services.
• Strong financial management, procurement, and contract administration experience.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Operations, EHS, Workers' Compensation, and Physical Security programs.
• Develop strategies to improve safety, ops effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations.
