SPS North America is seeking a proactive Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee building operations, maintenance, workplace readiness, and life-safety compliance within a high-profile corporate environment. This role serves as a liaison among client, property management, building engineering, IT, and vendors to identify risks and maintain high service standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, or corporate workplace services.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Experience managing work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with BMS, CMMS, and service ticketing platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance activities, and workplace infrastructure.
• Manage full work order lifecycle ensuring SLAs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure life-safety compliance and emergency procedures.
• Partner with client, property management, and service providers.
• Escalate critical issues and communicate updates.
