Job summary

Green Country Habitat for Humanity in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Facilities Coordinator responsible for maintaining buildings, safety, and compliance, including renovations, repairs, and groundskeeping.

The role involves budgeting, coordinating with leadership on space and equipment, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring state and federal regulations are followed.

This full-time position offers standard hours, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to community housing efforts.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in a facility position.
• Ability to lead, train, and manage staff and volunteers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and creative approach to problem solving.
• Must be 25 years old and possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to work on a flexible work schedule, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly planning meetings with the Facilities Manager.
• Work with leadership on space allocation, equipment and furniture needs, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and direct safety and security rules, standards, and regulations.
• Ensure licenses and information are maintained and laws followed.
• Audit department records verifying vehicle inspections and maintenance routines.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety/security guidelines.
• Maintain properties by addressing maintenance issues and landscaping.
• Manage security devices and emergency response policies.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Other duties as required.
