Job summary

Greenheck Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Campus Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide facility expansions. You will direct a maintenance team, manage equipment performance, and drive reliability across our campus.

Prerequisites include 6–8 years in maintenance and 6–8 years in a supervisory role, a bachelor’s in industrial maintenance, NFPA 70E knowledge, OSHA certifications, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct a team of maintenance personnel who are responsible for the integrity of Greenheck Group buildings, grounds and machinery.
• Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
• Provide technical leadership by answering daily inquiries and assisting with solving problems.
• Coordinate communication with your team across all shifts.
• Monitor campus wide spare parts, shop supplies and tooling.
• Work to continually improve corporate safety programs and safety and housekeeping awareness.
• Ensure production goals are obtained through timely and cost-effective repair of factory equipment to minimize downtimes and maximize machine capacity and longevity.
• Meet with vendors to negotiate the purchase of and obtain information on equipment or services on current projects.
• Manage and provide education to other company personnel on governmental regulatory issues that affect the Greenheck Group manufacturing operations.
• Plan and implement facility expansions, utility projects and machinery rebuild/upgrade projects.
• Provide plant engineering services to other manufacturing engineering projects such as installation of new equipment, plant layout modifications and emission permit application.
• Proactively support continuous improvement activities.
