Job summary

Green Country Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Tulsa to coordinate on-site tasks, oversee safety and quality, and ensure interior and exterior touchups are completed on new homes and remodel projects.

You will lead volunteers, manage tools, monitor safety, and communicate with superiors to meet schedules while upholding the organization’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 25 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as Crew Leader, Foreman, or other lead experience in all phases of construction.
• Must have experience with operating power tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all new homes interior and exterior touchups are completed.
• Perform general warranty repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of homes.
• Lead volunteers on how to use equipment safely and assist in different phases of construction.
• Monitor safety rules and complete incident reports for any injuries.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Supervisor about weekly expectations and challenges.
• Inspect subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
