Job summary

Green Country Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Facilities Associate to manage facility, fleet, and homeowner property maintenance. You will help keep the buildings, equipment, and outdoor spaces safe and compliant with OSHA guidelines.

This full-time role requires coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and working with volunteers to ensure safe use of tools and facilities. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5, with company-paid health, dental, and life insurance plus a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Forklift and heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by cleaning and disposing of old materials.
• Perform required preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and scheduling for repairs and inspections.
• Perform ground maintenance and outdoor seasonal tasks at facilities and homeowner properties.
• Assist in minor electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed.
