Job summary

Natural Choice Foods seeks a Facilities Team Member to support maintenance, repairs, and safety for store locations and corporate offices. You will coordinate with contractors, oversee preventative maintenance, and serve as the main contact for facility issues and emergencies.

Role requires 3+ years in facilities maintenance, basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and the ability to work with vendors and store leadership to keep facilities safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
• 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license; periodic travel to off-site locations.
• Need electric pallet jack, forklift, and scissor lift certifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise routine repairs across buildings, including painting, plumbing, electrical, roof, and carpentry.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Oversee grounds maintenance and safety checks on equipment as required by authorities.
• Document maintenance logs, safety reports, and inspection records.
