Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and asset management for the distribution center. You will supervise a multi-shift facilities team, manage budgets, coordinate with operations, and lead contractor engagement to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant DC operations.

The role requires strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements in facility uptime and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in facilities/maintenance within a distribution center or similar.
• Knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least 15 facilities/maintenance employees across shifts.
• Oversee maintenance budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule critical equipment downtime.
• Maintain CMMS for maintenance checklists and actions.
• Coordinate with 3rd party contractors and manage on-site visits.
• Oversee fire suppression testing and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost analysis for operation.
