Job summary

TP in Richmond, VA is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance technician to support daily operations, ensure a safe, clean, and functional workplace, and coordinate with site leadership. You will supervise vendors, inspect buildings, manage EHS and security compliance, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

40 hours weekly, on-site with potential overtime; 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule. Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, 6 months maintenance experience, proficiency in MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Facilities/Maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting via emails and ticketing systems.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors and contractors for building, grounds, and operations.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Inspect buildings daily for safety and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance with RFMs and local contractors.
• Maintain EHS and fire/life safety compliance.
• Submit vendor invoices and manage site admin tasks.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and overtime when required.
