Job summary

Sina18 in Richmond, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative and daily maintenance of the property, grounds, rooms, meeting spaces, pool, and related equipment. You will manage work orders, ensure safety, and support guest services while upholding Brand standards.

The role requires on-call availability, QA compliance, and collaboration with the General Manager to plan and execute maintenance projects and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Must perform preventive maintenance per hotel standards.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and be on call 24/7.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of property, parking lot, and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist in meeting Brand goals.
• Perform QA requirements for department.
• Document and manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with GM/AGM on projects.
• Train staff and supervise Maintenance Technician(s).
• Set up meeting room facilities and oversee safety procedures.
