Job summary

DHR Health in Edinburg, TX seeks a Chief Facilities Officer to lead Facilities & Support Services. You will direct day-to-day operations, allocate resources, and drive strategic planning for facilities, safety, environmental services, and related areas.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), extensive facilities management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Some evening or weekend work will be required
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others.
• Develops and maintains a high-performance culture that values accountability, leadership, sound planning and execution.
• Provides administrative direction and supervision to department leaders and ensures staff development through skills training; ensures safety and on-the-job training is provided.
• Analyzes strategies, programs, policies, priorities and utilization of resources bringing about change to create a physically safe, secure, clean, and reliable environment for all facilities.
• Collaborates with executive team members of DHR, medical staff, and the community.
