Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in facilities management, with 3–5 years in management, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some evening or weekend work will be required.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others.
• Develops and maintains a high-performance culture that values accountability, leadership, planning and execution.
• Provides administrative direction and supervision to department leaders and ensures staff development through training; ensures safety and on-the-job training.
• Analyzes strategies, programs, policies, priorities and utilization of resources to create a safe, secure, clean and reliable environment.
• Directs overall day-to-day operations of designated areas and allocates department resources.
• Collaborates with executive team members, medical staff and the community to meet DHR goals.
