Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Director to manage the upkeep, safety, and overall physical condition of the assisted living community. You will oversee facility systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, and direct contractors to ensure a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff.

The role requires coordinating inspections, keeping thorough records, and supporting fire safety, emergency planning, and regulatory inspections under the direction of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and safety for residents and staff.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contractor work while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, work orders, and equipment servicing.
• Support emergency response, fire safety planning, and regulatory inspections.
