Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director for a senior living campus in West Linn, OR. You will lead the maintenance department, manage budgets, and drive strategic upgrades to ensure safe, reliable building systems and grounds.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term maintenance strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the maintenance team to optimize performance and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in FM, eng, or business administration.
• CFM/CHFM or similar certifications highly desirable.
• 7–10 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in healthcare or residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and oversee maintenance of physical infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance department and budget, ensuring efficient operation.
• Direct upgrades, renovations, and repairs, on time and within budget.
• Develop long-term maintenance and preventative strategies with leadership.
• Provide guidance to maintenance managers and staff for team development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, building codes and environmental policies.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance responses and maintain accurate records.
