The June's flagship club in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a reliable Receiver/Facilities Associate to manage incoming deliveries and support upkeep of our 22,000-square-foot historic building.

This role requires an organized, hands-on professional who can coordinate with multiple departments, lift up to 50 lbs, and work varied shifts including early mornings to align with deliveries and event logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in receiving, warehouse, or facilities support.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Food safety knowledge and proper storage practices preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings.
• Basic maintenance or repair skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Check quality, temperature, and condition of food and beverage deliveries per safety standards.
• Store and rotate inventory following FIFO and food safety protocols.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate department promptly.
• Maintain accurate receiving logs and inventory records.
• Perform routine building maintenance checks and basic repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for larger maintenance or repair needs.
• Support setup and breakdown for events and programming as needed.
