Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our store in Jacksonville. You will unload, audit and stage products to maintain inventory accuracy and space efficiency, while ensuring proper paperwork and safety procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations for the store.
• Unload, audit, and stage product to recover inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed properly.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
