Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Flexibility for varied shifts due to deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Check quality, temperature, and condition of food and beverage deliveries.
• Properly store and rotate inventory following FIFO and food safety protocols.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate receiving logs and inventory records.
• Perform routine building maintenance checks and basic repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for larger maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, loading, and back-of-house areas.
• Support setup and breakdown for events and programming.
• Respond promptly to facilities issues, escalating as appropriate.

About the Role

The June is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Receiver / Facilities Associate to manage incoming deliveries and support the upkeep of our 22,000-square-foot historic building. This role ensures accurate, timely receiving across food, beverage, and operational supplies, while helping maintain the club's facilities to the standard members expect.

The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on professional who takes pride in accuracy, cleanliness, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Check quality, temperature, and condition of food and beverage deliveries per safety standards.
• Properly store and rotate inventory following FIFO and food safety protocols.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate department promptly.

Facilities Support

• Perform routine building maintenance checks and basic repairs as needed.
