Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Facilities Specialist in Minnesota to support multiple facilities within the real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes centralized operational efficiency, financial oversight, and project leadership across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in facility operations or related fields, strong communication, budget management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations or related fields.
• Advanced communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent computer and systems knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations by coordinating facility services.
• Lead and manage large real estate and facility projects.
• Provide financial oversight for portions of the portfolio, budgeting and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Sales and Service, Health and Safety, IT, HR.
• Develop SOPs and processes for domestic and global expansion.
• Support scheduling of project work and maintenance.
• Provide onsite support to employees, guests and contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
