Job summary

LAUKOA in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Quality Control Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Program for facilities maintenance and related support activities.

The role ensures work meets contract requirements, applicable standards, and manufacturer requirements. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Lead, Safety Manager, and Government representatives while maintaining QC records and schedules. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Experience performing quality control inspections in facilities/ops.
• Experience with CMMS or work order systems preferred.
• Ability to prepare QC documentation and inspection records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Monitor work performance to ensure conformance with contract requirements and standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections of maintenance and service activities.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Maintain QC files and prepare schedules, records, and reports.
