Job summary

PRK Williams Companies is seeking a Facilities & Property Manager to oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management across locations in Cedar Rapids. The role focuses on safe, well-managed properties, with strategic planning for assets and ongoing operational improvements.

The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of building maintenance, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day duties. This is a full-time onsite role based in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in property management and/or staff supervision.
• Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and construction management processes.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management across company locations.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies, schedules, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and implement long-term asset management plans and Asset Integrity program.
• Lead and develop staff, set expectations, provide feedback, and promote accountability.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on property needs and bids.
