Essential functions include developing project schedules and budgets, managing submittals and change orders, coordinating onsite construction operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with customers, management, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
