Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Property and Facilities to lead real estate, construction, and facilities operations in a dynamic environment.

You will manage leasing, space planning, and vendor relationships to support business objectives and ensure safe, efficient workplaces. The role requires overseeing building operations, security, budgeting, and reporting, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement across multi-tenant properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate, property management, construction management, facilities management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manages real estate and facilities operations, including property acquisition and disposition support, leasing activities, space planning, property management, and vendor relationships
• Leads facilities planning and commercial construction projects to support evolving business requirements while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and operational needs
• Oversees building operations, maintenance services, physical security support, and tenant-related activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient workplace environments
• Directs revenue and expense tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for assigned properties and facilities operations
• Negotiates and administers leases, construction agreements, service contracts, and other vendor arrangements to support operational objectives and maximize value
• Coordinates emergency response activities and supports business continuity efforts related to facilities, building systems, and critical infrastructure
• Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure office environments reflect organizational culture, support employee engagement, and align with business goals
• Other duties as assigned
