• Experience managing vendors and contracts; basic maintenance knowledge.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams during construction and move-in.
• Ensure the new headquarters is operationally ready for daily work.
• Support facility setup, furniture installation, office moves and related projects.
• Maintain safety programs and coordinate with Safety/IT on access control.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and grounds upkeep.
