Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee the physical maintenance and operation of the HQ and satellite territories, ensuring smooth office workflows and secure access for staff and interviews.

You will collaborate with the People Support team, vendors, and property management to keep facilities compliant, organized, and ready for daily activities, events, and essential administrative tasks.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem solving abilities in facilities environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HQ facilities and satellite site equipment and spaces.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors; communicate priorities.
• Greet guests, assist interviews, and manage offer processes at HQ.
• Manage office supply inventory and mail/delivery logistics.
• Support events, fleet tasks, and inter-office activities as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in facilities/vendor meetings and travel.
