As we prepare for our new headquarters, we're looking for someone who can help coordinate the building and move-in process, work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams, and ultimately take the lead in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning facility for years to come.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, coordinating with vendors, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, anticipates needs before they become problems, and enjoys a role where no two days look exactly alike, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout construction and the move-in process.
  • Help ensure our new headquarters is operationally ready for employees and the work we do every day.
  • Support facility setup, furniture installation, office moves, and other transition-related projects.
Manage Facilities and Vendor Relationships
  • Coordinate building services, including HVAC, janitorial, grounds maintenance, fire and life safety systems, and other facility needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate smaller capital improvement projects, repairs, and ongoing facility improvements.
Keep Our Facilities Running
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, fixtures, and other building components within appropriate safety limits.
  • Coordinate specialized repairs and maintenance with qualified contractors.
  • Support preventative maintenance programs, facility inspections, custodial standards, and grounds upkeep.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, inventory tracking, and service coordination of Cherryland’s fuel management system.
Promote Safety and Operational Readiness
  • Maintain facilities-related compliance documentation and support building inspections and required safety programs.
  • Work collaboratively with our Safety and IT teams on facility safety, building security, access control, and alarm response.
  • Respond to unexpected facility issues and help ensure business operations continue safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who combines practical maintenance knowledge with strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Is highly organized and follows projects through to completion.
  • Communicates effectively with employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Can balance long-term project planning with immediate operational needs.
  • Is comfortable working in both office and hands-on maintenance environments.
