Job summary

Freedom Village Holland is seeking a dedicated Facilities Project Coordinator to join our maintenance team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating unit renovations with established vendors, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely project completion.

You will help maintain supplies and assist maintenance staff as needed while upholding high service standards for residents. The position requires 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, familiarity with residential building systems, and

Qualifications

Must possess a working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
Must have knowledge of HVAC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with vendors to prioritize and schedule unit renovations through project completion.
Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure timely tasks.
Work with maintenance personnel and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Be available for scheduled and on-call overtime as necessary.
Perform additional duties as directed by Supervisor and Director of General Services.
