Freedom Village Holland is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Holland, MI campus. You’ll handle residential upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living for residents.

Work is performed independently and with vendors to schedule repairs, manage supplies, and uphold quality workmanship. Clear communication with residents and staff, reliability, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across campus.
• Coordinate with vendors on repairs and projects.
• Assist with snow removal and campus upkeep as needed.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
