Job summary

The role involves assisting with budgets, schedules, scope statements, vendor management and permit coordination. Strong communication and MS Office skills, plus willingness to travel, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project management processes, tools and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office platforms.
• Able to occasionally travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports.
• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining budgets, schedules and project plans.
• Supervise the project procurement and product delivery process.
• Act as liaison between the project team and vendors.
• Monitor project progress by creating status reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Assist with bid solicitation and vendor approval.
• Assist project manager in obtaining construction permits.
