Job summary

Schreiber Foods Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager to lead refrigeration, air and steam systems across Green Bay facilities. You will design, build, and maintain utility systems, establishing standards and driving reliability and energy efficiency.

You will guide a small engineering team, manage capital budgets, and collaborate with EHS to meet safety and regulatory requirements. Travel may be required up to 40% to support projects and centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of facilities engineering experience with refrigeration, air, and steam systems.
• RETA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute new facility construction projects for utility systems (refrigeration, air, steam, HVAC).
• Set engineering standards for US plant utility systems and ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Develop preventive maintenance and reliability programs to optimize lifecycle costs and energy use.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers; manage budgets and vendor relationships; drive continuous improvement.
