Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination for facilities improvements, enhancements, and renovations.
• Develop project scope, plans, timelines, and specifications; conduct pre-construction meetings.
• Review construction documents, submittals, and drawings to ensure standards.
• Adhere to applicable codes and standards; conduct regular onsite inspections.
• Communicate with outside contractors and stakeholders; manage progress and issues.
• Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings to ensure understanding of project scope.
