Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Package verification for procurement requests.
• System Data Entry: Enter all EPS procurement information into the requisition systems accurately.
• Acquisition Level determination: Recommend suppliers and levels based on goods/services.
• Requirements analysis: Review technical requirements for clarity and completeness.
• Submittal coordination: Manage end-to-end submittals with reviewers to ensure compliance.
• Specialized procurement evaluation: Determine if unique purchasing requirements apply.
• Collaborative stakeholder advisory: Guide program managers through requisition creation and resolution of deficiencies.
