Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Facilities Project Manager in Raleigh to lead small- to mid-scale capital projects across locations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and turnover, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to meet safety and operational goals.

You will develop scopes, manage financials, and report progress using JLL platforms, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. On-site work at Raleigh, 1st shift clarity provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience managing project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract/vendor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of facility operating systems and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and closeout activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facility and infrastructure projects through planning, approval, construction, turnover, and closeout phases.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including contractors, vendors, property management, engineering, client real estate, security, and technology teams.
• Develop project scopes, review vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Track project schedules, cash flow forecasts, and capital expenditures to ensure delivery against operational and financial commitments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, company policies, and JLL operational procedures.
• Provide routine project updates using JLL technology platforms and reporting tools while maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with regional teams and clients to support operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
