Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation through closing. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop documentation, and drive process improvements to support enterprise facilities initiatives.

The role requires 4–7 years in project management, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Travel to Canada is preferred; PMP/CAPM/CRL are desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four+ years in administrative/planning support to facilities management or similar environment preferred.
• Four to seven years of experience in a Project Management environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel (Canada travel preferred).
• Active membership in facilities or project management institutes is a plus; PMP, CAPM, or CRL desired.
• Strong written and verbal English required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Project) required.
• Corrigo CMMS knowledge and Power Automate/Power BI familiarity are desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation to closing with documentation, meetings, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, map processes, analyze challenges, and provide status updates.
• Drive process improvements and build strong relationships across the organization.
