Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee on-site operations at a military base. You will direct maintenance, custodial, and support services, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.

This exempt, full-time onsite role requires a Bachelor or CFM/FMP, 5+ years of base-operations experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years managing base operations >8 million sq ft.
• Experience with Army cost and software data programs; knowledge of MEP and life-safety systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and manage personnel.
• Interface with government program managers and contracting officials to fulfill mission.
• Ensure safety compliance across all work and subcontractors.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Maintain a culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Plan preventive maintenance for critical assets and ensure compliance.
• Execute corrective and emergency maintenance per remediation plans.
• Provide timely reporting and drive corrective actions.
