Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks a Facilities Project Manager to lead on-site operations at a military base facility. You will oversee maintenance, custodial and support services, ensuring safety, quality and contract compliance.

The role requires eight plus years of facilities or project management experience in government environments, with strong leadership, communication and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of facilities, construction, engineering, or project management experience.
• Experience supporting military installations, Federal facilities, or other complex Government environments.
• Strong understanding of all MEP, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, and other systems such as BAS, HVAC/R and Electrical.
• Prior experience managing support activities such as office moves, custodial services, and grounds maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and manage on-site personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance of all work by staff and contractors.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Plan preventative maintenance for all critical assets and equipment.
• Coordinate corrective, unplanned and emergency maintenance per remediation/ repairs.
• Serve as primary liaison with government and corporate management.
• Maintain inventory records and CMMS documentation.
